LIE TO ME

Signs of deception -
Use of body language - physical expressions will be limited and stiff, with very few arm and and hand movements,
A person who is lying to you may try and advoid eye contact, thier hands may touch thier throat, mouth and face and touch or scratch thier nose or behind the ear can be signs of deception. If you believe someone is lying, then change subject of a conversation quickly, a liar follows along willingly and becomes more relaxed. The guilty wants the subject changed; an innocent person may be confused by the sudden change in topics and will want to back to the previous subject.

president bush announces the start of the iraq war march 19th 2003
ANALYSIS
- his eyebrows are raised and slightly pulled together which suggests fear
- the lips are stretched horizontally which is indicative of anger
- the brow is wrinkled which could mean extreme concentration, suprise or discomfort
- his posture, the shoulders are drawn up and tense, this could suggest nervousness. his folded hands support this, the serve to try and draw attention away from the akwardly posed shoulders.
As we all know, making mistakes is human. We are all aware that we are flawed beings but sometimes we like to create scenarios where everything is perfect, where every fact can be confirmed as real, where reality doesn’t have wrinkles or obstructed pores. And what kind of special makeup do we use to cover all of this? LIES, why do people lie? why do some lies succeed while others fail? the average person will tell three lies within ten minutes of a conversation, but how can we tell if someone is lying?
